Also, everyone from reception to Dr. Lim are just genuinely nice people who convey warmth, humility and a strong sense of humor in every conversation. In closing, I simply could not be more happy with the operation.

Extremely professional staff that provide care in a clean, safe environment that promotes patient comfort. This includes details such as the hygienist scheduling my next appointment directly from the exam room and tailoring samples to my specific oral needs. Dr. Lim provides superior care and has an infectious personality that sets one at ease.

Very attentive to needs of patients. I was found to be in need of repair/work and was offered an appointment a little later on the same day. This has actually been the case at least twice. I've been going to Spring Lake Dental for about 4 years. Dr. Lim is awesome! He has a great sense of humor and is very good about explaining whatever needs to be done and why he is having a certain procedure done. They have a digital camera and show you step by step what is being done in your mouth (I recently had a slideshow of a drilling/filling that was done). I actually almost fell asleep while he was drilling, and that's saying a lot considering a dentist I had growing up was very "military" style and I was nervous when I first started seeing Dr. Lim.

Cindy (hygenist) always does my cleanings and she's efficient and great company. She always remembers what I've been up to and it feels like we pick up right where we left off.

Cindy (office manager) is very easy to work with regarding scheduling, and the office has convenient late afternoon appointments so that cleanings do not affect my work day.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental appointments and always recommend Spring Lake Dental!
